Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

• The item must be in a condition suitable for resale.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, lingerie items that have been worn, tried on, or had hygiene seals removed are non-returnable.
