RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, lingerie items must have all protective liners intact.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Processing Time

• Once your return or exchange is approved, processing may take 3–5 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
